Matthew Miller joined Machen McChesney as a Client Accounting Specialist in February 2024 after 20+ years in Governmental Accounting for the State of Georgia. 

His primary responsibilities include preparing bank reconciliations, accounts payable, payroll tax returns, sales tax returns, and 1099s, as well as general ledger data entry and financial statement preparation for the firm’s business and individual clients.

Matthew and his wife, Amanda, reside in Phenix City, AL. He enjoys fishing, spending time with family, and board games.

Community Involvement:

• Matthew and his wife are members of Cascade Hills Church in Columbus, Georgia, where they serve as leaders in the High School Ministry.
