Amanda has been a Business Service Consultant with Machen McChesney since 2026. Her primary responsibilities include preparing bank reconciliations, accounts payable, payroll tax returns, sales tax returns, and 1099s, as well as general ledger data entry and financial statement preparation for the firm’s business and individual clients. She also assists with payroll processing, QuickBooks maintenance, and ensuring accurate financial reporting in compliance with federal and state requirements.
Amanda brings extensive experience in accounting support, nonprofit financial administration, and client-focused financial services. She is known for her strong attention to detail, organizational skills, problem-solving skills, and commitment to accuracy and integrity in financial reporting.
Amanda resides in Alabama. She's grateful for new beginnings and enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, event planning, and participating in community outreach initiatives as she settles into a new season of life in the Auburn area.
