I was fortunate that during my senior year at Auburn University I had Don Machen as my income tax instructor. From that relationship I was later able to intern with the firm and after being away from Auburn for eight years come back to the firm. We have had many great opportunities that have arisen through the years because of the foundation that was built in the early years.
